Daniel Beale has spent 17 years in the banking industry starting his career in New York where he was born and raised. As a new opportunity arose, he moved across the country, and started serving the small business owners of the Northern California foot print over the last 9 years. Daniel has managed 5 different markets for JP Morgan Chase over that time and supported many bankers in delivering on all their clients Business Banking needs. Daniel’s lending experience stretches from Commercial Lending solutions such as C&I Conventional, SBA, & Investment Property financing. Daniel started his own firm Beale Street Lending in 2020. BSL is a full service commercial brokerage focused on serving it's clients best interests in pursuit of commercial financing. His favorite part about this business is the relationships we've built and continue to cherish with our clients and lenders alike. Danny and his wife Donna & daughter Gracelyn currently reside in the Peninsula.

Brandon Kelly is a Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer at Beale Street Lending, where he’s been serving clients since January 2022.
With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University – East Bay and full licensing in real estate and mortgage lending, Brandon specializes in structuring financing for business acquisitions, commercial real estate purchases, and refinances. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he brings a relationship-driven approach to lending—often combining his professional expertise with his passion for golf to expand Beale Street’s network. He continues to travel back to California regularly to support clients and strengthen lender partnerships.

With a growing foundation in financial analysis, commercial lending, and investment strategy, Weston is focused on building a career that bridges technical expertise with real-world impact. He currently supports deal execution and client outreach at Beale Street Lending, where he works closely with business owners and lenders on commercial real estate transactions. He’s passionate about helping businesses thrive and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the finance industry.
