2. Gathering Package
After our team completes an analysis of your financial situation, we begin discussing solutions for your financing needs. In this step, we utilize our vast, strong lender network to ensure we are giving our clients the best financing available.
3. Presentation
In this step, we present our clients the financing option that best suits their needs. We go over any questions or concerns cleients may have about the proposed loan agreement.
4. Underwriting
Our team works closely with the bank underwriters to ensure our clients' needs are met. In this step we ensure our lenders are providing our clients with optimal rates.
5. Closing
Our client is satisfied with the loan presented to them and the loan is completed. Following this step, we continue to check-in on our clients as they move forward with a gain a sense of clarity for growth and stability.
